The proprietor
The Proprietor (Japanese: マスター Master; real name unknown) is a recurring character who first appeared in Flint Sparks the Fire!. He is voiced by 相沢正輝 Masaki Aizawa in Japanese and Bob Senkewicz in English.
He used to be a Pokémon poacher when Volkner and Flint were little kids. He fought against Volkner and his Pikachu, and later became a friend of both Volkner and Flint.
He also made an appearance in The Fleeing Tower of Sunyshore!.

| His Houndoom fought against both Flint's Chimchar and Volkner's Pikachu when they were young boys. It was able to defeat Flint's Chimchar but it is not revealed whether it defeated Volkner's Pikachu or not. It made a brief appearance with its owner in The Fleeing Tower of Sunyshore!.
Its only known attacks are Flamethrower and Crunch. | ||
