The proprietor
The Proprietor (Japanese: マスター Master) is a recurring character who first appeared in Flint Sparks the Fire!. His name is unknown.
He used to be a Pokémon poacher when Volkner and Flint were little kids. He fought against Volkner and his Pikachu, and later became a friend of both Volkner and Flint.
He also made an appearance in The Fleeing Tower of Sunyshore!.

| His Houndoom fought against both Flint's Chimchar and Volkner's Pikachu when they were young boys, and defeated Volkner's Pikachu one-on-one. It made a brief appearance with its owner in The Fleeing Tower of Sunyshore!.
Its only known attacks are Flamethrower and Crunch. | ||
