Origin

Pika Punch is an attack first seen on Pikachu from the Stormfront expansion. The Outrage? attack is a reference to Outrage, a move in the Pokémon games. Pikachu cannot learn it, though Rayquaza, the Pokémon Pikachu is mimicking, can. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Y. Pikachu's poncho resembles a Shiny Rayquaza.
