W Mission Story: Pokémon Ranger - The Comic (Japanese: W ミッションストーリ ポケモンレンジャー the Comic) is a manga based on the W-Mission of Pokémon Ranger. It is created and drawn by Satoshi Yamamoto, who is also known for illustrating Pokémon Adventures from Volume 10 and onward. He works with Hidenori Kusaka, the author of Pokémon Adventures on this comic as well, Hidenori writing the dialogue and doing the story; while Satoshi does the art. This marks the second time they have worked together on a project, the first being Pokémon Adventures.

The main characters of the game, Lunick and Solana, are the protagonists and a few other Pokémon Rangers appear in the manga.

The manga is available online to members of the Pokémon Daisuki Club. It has never been printed as a bound volume.

The rank 10 Ranger Lunick and his Co-worker Solana and their partners Minun and Plusle battle against the evil Go-Rock Quads who plan to use a Manaphy egg to find the legendary Sea Temple Samiya, find the Crown of the Sea, and use its powers to rule the world. Their only problem is that the Go-Rock Quads have the legendary Deoxys on their side, can they defeat them and save the world?
