The game acts like a remake/squeal to the original games. Unlike with HGSS/C or ORAS/E where both versions of the game happen at the same time, LG seems to have happen after FRLG, due to what we know happen in Masters. Unless both games happened at the same, I think it is for the best that we keep the games separate.
