This card was released in the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion with artwork by Noriko Hotta, first released in the Japanese SoulSilver Collection. Pokégear 3.0 was reclassified as an Item card during the Sun & Moon Era in the Night Unison subset. It features artwork by Studio Bora Inc.
