The Official Forums section contains things such as the Community Announcements - with sub-forums like Rules, and Donations Section - a place where members can discuss questions and concerns they may have, in which they are able to request a name change, and a New Users Welcome forum. It is also common for users that have gone on hiatus to re-introduce themselves in the New Users Welcome thread.
Pokémon Video Game Discussion
The Pokémon Video Game Discussions offer a wide variety of games which users are allowed to comment on, ask questions, and the like. These topics include the following: Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, Wi-Fi Center, Advanced Generation Games, Metal and Color Generations (i.e, Gold or Red), General Pokémon Gaming, Handheld Games (such as Pokémon Mystery Dungeon), and Pokémon Strategies & Movesets (which include team rating).
