Release information

This card was included in the Dark Explorers expansion with artwork by Naoki Saito, first released in the Japanese Dark Rush expansion. It was reprinted in the Legendary Treasures expansion with different artwork by Kouki Saitou, originating from the Japanese EX Battle Boost.

Trivia

The illustration on the Dark Explorers print portrays the same scene as Minun, but from a different angle. Similarly, the illustration on the Legendary Treasures print portrays an opposite point of view to that of Minun.

Origin

Positive Ion is an attack that first appeared on Chinchou from Neo Revelation. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Black and White. Mistralton City is featured in the Dark Explorers print's illustration.
