  • PKMN's cry is an altered Charmander cry.
  • PKMN, A and are the only dual-type Pokémon with the same type used for both of its types.
    • PKMN's sprite, type, starting moves, and Pokédex number are identical to that of A as well.
  • PKMN is not compatible with the TM for Substitute, while A is. Apart from that, the two share their TM compatibility, similar to Missingno. and 'M.
  • In Generation I, it had the highest speed of all Pokémon, with only 6 less in base speed than the fastest as of Generation V, Speed Forme Deoxys.
