This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art ultra rare card, a special illustration rare card, and a gold-etched hyper rare card in the Surging Sparks expansion, first released in the Japanese Super Electric Breaker expansion. This card features a Terastallized Pikachu with the Stellar Tera Type. The Topaz Bolt attack is named after topaz, an aluminosilicate mineral which can come in many different colors such as yellow and orange, and whose name was historically used to describe any yellow gemstone.
