Release information

This card was released as one of the English SM Black Star Promos handed out to attendees to Target's Pokémon Sun and Moon launch event held on November 19, 2016. It was released as part of the Pikachu's New Friends Collection in Japan. In the UK, this print was given away to the first 250 customers of GAME stores holding midnight launch events for the Sun & Moon expansion on February 3, 2017. Events were held at stores in Brentwood, Hinckley, Liverpool, and Plymouth, England.
