Release information

This card was available to customers who purchased goods from any Pokémon Center between December 4 and December 9, 2011 in conjunction with the official opening of Pokémon Center Tōhoku on December 4, 2011. The release is also connected with "Pokémon with You", a support group that works with children affected by the Tōhoku earthquake in March 2011.
It was also distributed a second time at the Pokémon Center Tōhoku from March 23 to April 8, 2012 during the Pikachu Festival (Japanese: ピカチュウまつり).

Trivia

The illustration depicts the first mascots of the Tōhoku Pokémon Center: Snivy, Pikachu, and Victini. The logo for the Pokémon Center is also present on the bottom right of the illustration. In a message of good will for those affected by the earthquake, Snivy is depicted wearing a Muscle Band, Pikachu an Effort Ribbon, and Victini a Soothe Bell.

Origin

Agility is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Black and White.
