Pichu (Japanese: ピチュー Pichu) is a Lightning-type Baby Pokémon card. It is one of the P Promotional cards.

Card text

This Pokémon is both type If this Baby Pokémon is your Active Pokémon and your opponent tries to attack, your opponent flips a coin (before doing anything else required in order to use that attack). If tails, your opponent's turn ends without an attack. This card was one of six available through the Pokémon Happy Adventure Rally 2002, which ran on the JR East Yamanote Line from August 3 to August 18, 2002. Pichu could be obtained at the booth present at Shinjuku Station.
