Phantom Thief Pokémon 7 (Japanese:快盗!ポケモン7 Phantom Thief! Pokémon 7), is a one-volume Pokémon manga based on the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl games. It is written by Miho Asada, the author of the Pokémon Get da ze! manga.

The series is about a young boy named Hiori who leads a double life as the mysterious thief known as "Pokémon 7". Pokémon 7, along with his trusty partner Lucario, retrieves stolen objects from other thieves and returns them to their rightful owners.

During the day, Hiori works at the bread shop "Sun, Sun". He poses as a mild mannered boy with limited battling ability, purposely hiding his Lucario's fighting power and his strategic ability, defending himself by saying he hates battling. His co-worker, Nazuna, has fallen in love with Pokémon 7, but doesn't think highly of Hiori. The series seems to deal with Pokémon 7's various encounters with criminals while Hiori tries desperately to keep his secret identity safe from Mako, a magazine reporter eager to uncover Pokémon 7's true identity. However, the story quickly develops into a conflict between Hiori, his self-proclaimed rival Rocco, and Team Galactic, in order to rescue Hiori's kidnapped twin sister, Lily.

The series appears to follow the conventions of various other Kaitou stories which feature daring and stylish criminals who steal from other criminals, such as Magic Kaitou and Saint Tail.
