- Blake has Whitley catch a Shelmet.
- Blake is revealed to have caught a Karrablast, which he trades for Whitley's Shelmet, causing them to evolve into Escavalier and Accelgor, respectively.
- The Abyssal Ruins start flooding due to a safety mechanism.
- Blake and Whitley escape from the Abyssal Ruins with Kelden and the Swords of Justice.
- Hugh wakes up in Aspertia City, having been brought back there by Rood.
- Hugh questions Rood about his sister's Purrloin.
