Hugh finds that his sister managed to sneak onto Pop Roxie's boat.
Leo befriends Hugh's sister and promises to help Hugh keep her out of sight from everyone else.
After arriving at Castelia City, Roxie discovers an injured man that was attacked by a group of villains who "liberated" his Karrablast.
Blake, Whitley, Hugh, and Roxie travel to the Castelia Sewers, where they find the culprits were Team Plasma, including Bronius and Ryoku.
Hugh attacks the Team Plasma Grunts, but is swarmed by their Pokémon, forcing the group to scatter.
Looker contacts Hugh via his Croagunk, but Hugh mistakenly believes that Croagunk is the one who is talking.
At the Cold Storage, Colress confronts Zinzolin about information about Kyurem.
