Major Events

• Emerald tells Sapphire and Ruby how:
  • Professor Oak refused to give him a Pokédex when he asked for the first time;
  • Trick Master gave him his shoes, expandable arms and Soil Gun;
  • He finally got his Pokédex from Professor Birch.
• Toro, Zuzu, and Sceptile learn the ultimate moves, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and Frenzy Plant, respectively.
• Gold and Crystal are defeated by Guile Hideout.
