==Plot==

Inside the {{g|Day Care}}, the old woman and Gold look at some books. Gold sees {{adv|Red}} and his Pokémon, and then shows [[Polibo]] Red's [[Poli]]. Afterwards, Gold enters another room.

Upon entering the other room, the old woman puts bars in, trapping Gold, who finds angry Pokémon inside the room. Gold notices that all the Pokémon are elite fighters. A second into the battle, he is being chased by a {{p|Tauros}}. Dodging more attacks, he has [[Exbo]] use {{m|Smokescreen}}, and [[Togebo]], his newly nicknamed {{p|Togepi}}, use {{m|Metronome}}. Metronome becomes {{m|Leer}}, which hits an {{p|Ekans}}. Exbo then uses {{m|Ember}} on a {{p|Donphan}}, who deflects it.

Following the instructions of the Day-Care Lady, Gold tells Polibo to use {{m|Water Gun}}. The attack hits Donphan and sends it flying.

In [[Ecruteak City]], [[Jasmine]] walks toward the Day Care. However, an earthquake hits and the ground underneath Jasmine's feet breaks, causing her to fall in.

Meanwhile, in the Day Care, a {{p|Primeape}} uses {{m|Cross Chop}} on {{DL|Gold (Adventures)|Pokémon|Sudobo}}. Sudobo counters with {{m|Mimic}}. Noticing that Sudobo is taking more damage than Primeape, he has {{DL|Gold (Adventures)|Pokémon|Sunbo}} use {{m|Sunny Day}}. Then Exbo uses its powered-up Ember. Then Exbo [[evolution|evolves]] into a {{p|Quilava}}.
 
The Day-Care Man hears a message on the radio: Ecruteak City has been hit by a major earthquake. The [[Day-Care Couple]] starts to worry for Jasmine. But then the Day-Care Lady realizes that ''someone'' can help...

In Ecruteak City, standing on boulders, Gold recalls the Day-Care Lady telling him that he's mastered the training and giving him a [[King's Rock]]. They also asked him to look for Jasmine.

Meanwhile {{adv|Silver}} is {{m|Fly}}ing via his {{p|Murkrow}} over the ruins of Ecruteak City.
