Panic at the Cherry Blossom Festival (Japanese: お花見で大パニック, Panic at the Cherry Blossom Festival), is the fourth chapter of the second volume of Magical Pokémon Journey.
Synopsis
Everyone's going to see the cherry blossoms! But after just a sip of amazake, all of the Pokémon become stark raving drunk!

- In the English translation, the amazake was changed to apple cider. This change was likely made as amazake isn't a common drink in the English-speaking world. Either way, the effect is the same: Pokémon can get drunk off non-alcoholic beverages.
