Effect
Catches either Origin Forme Palkia (if the player chose to seek materials for the Red Chain with Adaman) or Origin Forme Dialga (if the player chose Irida) during the cutscene in Mission 19: "The Counterpart", at the end of the main story in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. It cannot be used to catch any other Pokémon, as the player is not allowed to select and throw it.

Trivia
- The Origin Ball's design is very similar to the Cherish Ball.
- Unlike other Poké Balls used in Hisui, which shake only once before verifying a capture, the Origin Ball shakes three times, like modern-day Poké Balls.
