One Island, the first of the Sevii Islands towns reached by players of Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, is a small town whose only major defining point is the Pokémon Net Center, run by Celio. It is located on Knot Island.
Once arriving from the Seagallop Ferry dock, there are two paths to go: surf southwards to Treasure Beach or head north to One Island. One Island is the only Sevii Island town where the area around the dock may be surfed upon.
Heading south, there is a short water path with one trainer. Treasure Beach is actually the path from the Seagallop dock to the southern sandy area. The actual treasure is located in a small area with scattered tall grass patches. One person tells the player that they should regularly come here for beachcombing. Items can be found in random places using the Itemfinder, and they may regenerate a day after being found.
To the east of One Island is Kindle Road, a long route leading to Mt. Ember, home of the legendary fire titan Moltres. Both route and mountain house Kanto Pokémon that are now unobtainable anywhere in Kanto itself. Kindle Road is home to Ember Spa, a refreshing hot spring where people and Pokémon may heal their injuries and enhance their condition. HM06 (Rock Smash) is given by a man here.

Pokémon Net Center
- Main article: Pokémon Net Center
On One Island itself, people are buzzing about the new breakthrough about the Pokémon Net Center, which has the ability to interact with people across Kanto (and hopefully, Hoenn). The Net Center also has the same functions as a normal Pokémon Center. The person running the Net Center is Celio, a good friend and admirer of Bill's. Early in the game, he needs a Meteorite from the owner of the Joyful Game Corner. After the player claims the title of Champion and obtains the National Pokédex, he will request that the player retrieve the Ruby and the Sapphire to support linkage to Hoenn. In order to get the Sapphire, he gives the player a Rainbow Pass to travel to the other four Sevii Islands. The Ruby is found in Mt. Ember and the Sapphire in the Rocket Warehouse. After this, Celio will use these gems to provide trade and battle communication with the other three Hoenn-based games. He will also provide Fame Checker entries for Bill.
Demography
One Island's total population is 9. This excludes Bill and the Pokémon Center Nurse, but does include Celio. The population is very small, because many young people move away to big cities in Kanto.
Items
- Rainbow Pass: Celio gives it to the player once the player has given him the Ruby
