The Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc (Japanese: Ωルビー・αサファイア編 Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire arc), also referred to as The 13th Chapter (Japanese: 第十三章 The Thirteenth Chapter), is the thirteenth story arc of the Pokémon Adventures manga. It was originally published digitally in Shogakukan's Web Sunday, but moved to Sunday Web Every starting with chapter 20. Chapter 1 was released on January 6, 2015, with subsequent chapters being released individually on the first Tuesday of every month. It began serialization in December 2014, and ended in September 2016.

The arc follows the adventures of Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald as they try and learn the secrets of Mega Evolution to prevent their planet from being destroyed by an incoming meteoroid. Meanwhile, a young woman named Zinnia is out to exact vengeance upon the Devon Corporation for the wrong they did to her people in the past. The arc is roughly based on the events of the Delta Episode of the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games.

As with the X & Y arc before it, the Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc was collected separately into mini-volumes. The first volume was released on July 24, 2015, with the final volume released on September 28, 2016.

These volumes have also been localized in English by Shogakukan Asia.

An English translation of the Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc was released VIZ Media under the title Pokémon Omega Ruby Alpha Sapphire which was released as their own mini-volumes much like the X & Y arc. The first volume was released on September 6, 2016, with the final volume released on March 6, 2018.
