(Japanese: オサバキ Osabaki) is a character who appears in DP131 and DP132. He is voiced by Daisuke Sakaguchi in Japanese.
Osabaki is a friend of Reggie's. He came to retrieve Ash from the Pokémon Center and told him where he was going to battle Paul. He also referees their match. He travels via hot air balloon which also contains a screen like the ones used in the Pokémon League. Somewhere along the way, he hires Team Rocket to help him with the screen.
