This card was announced on September 7, 2023, as part of the "Discover Pokémon Together: Oddish" campaign. It was included in the Paradox Rift marketing kit local game stores can order from The Pokémon Company International to promote a new set to be given out at their own discretion.

Origin

This card is based on the Oddish card seen in the animated mini-series Pokémon: Path to the Peak. Razor Leaf and Grass Knot are both moves in the Pokémon games that Oddish can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Shield.
