A Nursery Aide (Japanese: ほいくし Kindergarten Teacher) is a type of Trainer class introduced in Generation V. They are normally found near Preschoolers. They could be considered a different version of the Teacher Trainer class. Some will give out Rare Candies when defeated. They normally use a variety of different Pokémon. In the Battle Subway, they specialize in Eeveelutions, and in the early stages, either Dragon-type Pokémon or the final evolutions of starter Pokémon.
