- The cards marked with "*" next to them are exclusive to this Theme Deck and could not be found in Booster Packs.
- Brock's Onix, Brock's Rhyhorn, Brock's Sandslash and Brock's Zubat are four of the notorious "common rares" featured in Gym Heroes, brought about from their fixed rarity in the Theme Deck.
Like other Theme Decks, it also includes damage counters, a custom coin (Onix), rulebook, and playmat.
