Never-Ending Nightmare (Japanese: むげんあんやへのいざない Invitation to the Endless Night) is a Z-Move introduced in Generation VII.

Any Pokémon can use Never-Ending Nightmare if it knows any move of a specific type, holds a specific Z-Crystal, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Ring with a a corresponding Z-Crystal set in it.
