Neo Cihi is a non-binary voice actor for the English dub of the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Cihi was born on August 7, 1996 in Tokyo, Japan, and became a voice actor as an adult after graduating from NYU Tisch. They joined the anime during the Sun & Moon series, where they gained their first role, voicing Ash's rival Hau. Cihi currently lives in New York.
