Muneo Saitō (Japanese: 斉藤 むねお) is the manga author of the manga series Pokémon Gold & Silver: The Golden Boys.
She has also worked for Game Freak as a Pokémon designer since Generation II, with Raikou, Entei, and Suicune as the notable ones.[1] During her playthrough of Pokémon Gold and Silver, she chose Totodile as her starter.
