Mt. Mistral (Japanese: かぜのれいほう Sacred Mt. Wind) is a dungeon found in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It is unlocked by accepting a job with "???" as the location in Explorers of Time and Darkness, or by finding it on the bottom of a glass in Spinda's Café in Explorers of Sky. It has twenty floors with the last floor containing a Deluxe Box and a Warp Zone to take the player out of the dungeon.
The fifteenth floor contains a locked room containing a Grass Silk trade item.
Ho-Oh is found on the 19th floor, but only if the player has a Mystery Part and/or Secret Slab in the Treasure Bag.
This is one of the few dungeons where Ginseng can be found as a regular item on the ground.
