Morikazu Aoki (Japanese: 青木森一) is a musician that has composed and arranged various songs for the Pokémon core series games, beginning with Pokémon Gold and Silver. This also involved creating various sound effects, such as the Pokémon cries. After leaving GAME FREAK following his work on Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, he became a sound engineer on the Mario & Luigi series at AlphaDream prior to their bankruptcy in 2019.
