Moira (Japanese: マヤ Maya) is a character of the day who appeared in Beauties Battling for Pride and Prestige!. She is a member of the "Flower Garden Troupe", the most popular theater group in the Unova region, along with Mona and Cher.
She was taking a walk with Mona and Cher and their Pokémon in a forest when Iris's Emolga bumped into Moira's Cinccino by accident. Ash, Iris, and Cilan soon showed up to see were Emolga was, and Moira and the other girls introduced themselves. Without letting the group know, she called Iris's Emolga and Ash's Snivy ugly, which made Iris furious in particular. Enraged and distracted, Iris decided to follow the girls, and soon found out they were part of a theater group. As only ladies were allowed in the castle of the girls, they dressed themselves up in real ladies' attire.
Once inside, Ash, Iris and Cilan found the girls, who did not recognize them from earlier. Moira, Mona and Cher then offered a competition against them. They each faced off one on one by each choosing one Pokémon. The chosen Pokémon had to push each other in muddy water to win. Moira used her Cinccino against Ash's Snivy in a battle tube. Although her Pokémon battled with elegance, Snivy attacked it and threw it into the muddy water. Its beauty wasn't harmed by the water, however, as Moira had used special oil to protect it from filth. Later in the competition, she used her Cinccino against Snivy again in a regular battle, but this time Snivy was commanded by Iris. During the battle, Iris had Snivy use Leaf Storm to take the oil off Cinccino's fur, which wasn't noticed by Moira. With her powerful attacks, Snivy managed to push Cinccino in the filthy water together with her Trainer, but this time Cinccino was dirty all over. Moira was furious while Iris had taken her revenge.
Like the other two girls, Moira has a very arrogant personality and she only seems to care about looks. The other two girls of the club seem to agree with everything Moira says.

| Cinccino is the only Pokémon that Moira is known to have. She is shown to be a gorgeous Pokémon due to her ability of cleaning herself. Cinccino battled twice against Ash's Snivy and was defeated twice by her.
Cinccino's known moves are Tail Slap, Rock Blast, Hyper Beam and Giga Impact. | ||
