Mist Ball (Japanese: ミストボール Mist Ball) is a damage-dealing Psychic-type move introduced in Generation III. It is the signature move of Latias.
Effect
Mist Ball inflicts damage and has a 50% chance of lowering the target's Special Attack. It does not affect targets with Bulletproof.
Mist Ball can be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining an extra appeal point if Calm Mind was used in the prior turn.
