Miranda (Japanese: ボイジャー Voyager) is a character who appeared Mewtwo Strikes Back. She works as a pier master at Old Shore Wharf, and told the Trainers heading to New Island that she talks to the seagulls to tell what the current weather condition is like, and that she has never seen such a hurricane.
