Minako Kotobuki (Japanese: 寿美菜子 Kotobuki Minako) is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon anime.

Kotobuki was born on September 17, 1991, in Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. At the age of three, she and her parents survived the devastating Great Hanshin earthquake. Sometime afterwards, she watched a film titled Chikyuu ga Ugoita Hi ("The Day the Earth Moved"), which inspired her to become a voice actress. As an adult, Kotobuki led a successful voice acting career since 2005 and even became a well-known J-pop singer as well. She joined the Pokémon anime during Pokémon the Series: Black & White, most notably voicing Sierra, a recurring character.
