The Mewtwo Mayhem Theme Deck from the Evolutions expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game focuses on Psychic and Fighting type Pokémon.

Like other Theme Decks, Mewtwo Mayhem includes damage counters, a custom coin, one two-player mat, a Mewtwo deckbox, and a TCGO deck access code.
