Trivia

  • This card displays a "GB" symbol in place of an expansion symbol, indicating it was created exclusively for the Game Boy.
  • The card mock-up created for the Pokémon Card Official Book 2000 erroneously has an Energy cost of Psychic instead of the in-game Energy cost of PsychicColorless.
  • This card is only obtainable by Card Pop! In the digital version of Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Nintendo 3DS, Card Pop! is disabled, rendering this card unobtainable on that platform.
  • This card uses the same stock art of Mew as the Wizards Promotional Mew.
  • There are eight possible outcomes for the Mystery Attack:
    • 10 damage.
    • 10 damage. The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned.
    • 10 damage. The Defending Pokémon is now Asleep.
    • 10 damage. The Defending Pokémon is now Confused.
    • 10 damage. The Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed.
    • 10 damage. Remove a damage counter from Mew.
    • 20 damage.
    • This attack does nothing.

Origin

This card's English Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Yellow, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
