Metronome (Japanese: ゆびをふるピッピ) is the name of a Pokémon-based application for the e-Reader. It is a short cartoon featuring Clefairy. Only two cards are required for the Metronome application: Clefairy and Clefable.
There are three different versions of Metronome. After the card is scanned, Version 1 will play, and when the application is replayed, Version 2 will be played. If the application is replayed subsequent times, this order will be repeated.
Version 1
Charizard is shown flying across a bright blue sky. The scene pans downwards to show a Clefairy. Clefairy uses the move Metronome. There is a bright flash, and the day turns into night. A Haunter appears and chases Clefable away.
Version 2
Charizard is shown flying across a bright blue sky. The scene pans downwards to show a Clefairy. Clefairy uses the move Metronome, which turns into the move Explosion. Clefable blows itself up and is shown afterwards, charred and burned.
Version 3
Charizard is shown flying across a bright blue sky. The scene pans downwards to show a Clefairy. Clefairy uses the move Metronome. There is a bright flash, and the day turns to night. Clefairy evolves into Clefable. A Clefairy walks in from each side and stand next to Clefable.
