A part of the user's body glows white and it emits a sound with blue waves which lowers the foe's special defense stat.

Aggron The two horns on Aggron's head starts to glow white and they move back and forth quickly, causing a loud ringing sound to be released. The horns then release light blue soundwaves from them at the opponent, lowering their special defense. Any Pokémon that hears the sound gets a loud ringing sound that echoes in their ears as well.

Bisharp Bisharp rubs its arms together and silver colored sound waves spread out and when it hits the opponent, the opponent finds the sound unbearable.
