Meditate (Japanese: ヨガのポーズ Yoga Pose) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Meditate increases the user's Attack by one stage.
Meditate can be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining an extra appeal point if Calm Mind was used in the prior turn. It can also be used to start a combination, causing Hi Jump Kick give extra three appeal points.
If powered up by a Psychium Z into Z-Meditate, the user's Attack stat raises another stage.
