(Japanese: スモモ Sumomo) is the leader of the Tobari Gym in the Shin'ō region.

Sumomo uses Fighting-type Pokémon in her battles. Trainers who defeat her receive the Cobalbadge, TM60 Drain Punch and are able to use Fly outside of battle.
Her team consists of the following Pokémon:
- Level 27 Meditite♀--Confusion, Meditate, Detect, Drain Punch
- Level 27 Machoke♂--Karate Chop, Leer, Foresight, Rock Tomb
- Level 30 Lucario♂--Metal Claw, Bone Rush, Force Exert, Drain Punch
