Max Lightning (Japanese: ダイサンダー Dai Thunder) is a damage-dealing Electric-type Max Move introduced in Generation VIII.

Effect

Max Lightning inflicts damage and causes the battlefield to become Electric Terrain. Its power and whether it is a special or physical move depends on the move it is based on.

006Gi Charizard Gigantamax Charizard's body glows and sparks with yellow electricity, or Gigantamax Charizard releases a bolt of yellow electricity from its body into the sky. A storm cloud then forms in the sky and releases a massive lightning bolt that strikes the opponent. Afterwards, an Electric Terrain covers the field.
