Mats are a type of item exclusive to Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald used to decorate your Secret Base. They seem to be the Generation III equivalents of carpets.
Small Mats
These eleven mats have special effects when you step on them:
- C Low Note Mat - plays C note - File:Pokébuck sign.gif500
- D Note Mat - plays D note - File:Pokébuck sign.gif500
- E Note Mat - plays E note - File:Pokébuck sign.gif500
- F Note Mat - plays F note - File:Pokébuck sign.gif500
- G Note Mat - plays G note - File:Pokébuck sign.gif500
- A Note Mat - plays A note - File:Pokébuck sign.gif500
- B Note Mat - plays B note - File:Pokébuck sign.gif500
- C High Note Mat - plays C note - File:Pokébuck sign.gif500
- Glitter Mat - glitters - File:Pokébuck sign.gif2000
- Jump Mat - makes you jump in place - File:Pokébuck sign.gif2000
- Spin Mat - makes you spin in place - File:Pokébuck sign.gif2000
The note mats are available at the Slateport City marketplace, and the other three are available at the Lilycove Dept. Store.
Large Mats
These seven mats each have a design based off a move and can hold up to five dolls or cushions:
