Masaki Terasoma (Japanese: てらそままさき Terasoma Masaki) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime. He is often credited under the name Masanori Jisen. Apart from being a voice actor, he is also a TV actor. He was born on May 8, 1962 in Osaka, Japan.
On Pokémon
He start out his work voicing on the minor villain, J's client and Opelucid City Gym leader, Drayden. His most prominent role was Looker from Diamond & Pearl series and Best Wishes! series.
