Masaki Terasoma (Japanese: てらそままさき Terasoma Masaki) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime. He is often credited under the name Masanori Jisen. Apart from being a voice actor, he is also a TV actor specially for the role of Kamen Rider Agito. He was born on May 8, 1962 in Osaka, Japan.

Terasoma started out his work in the anime by voicing J's client. He later provided his voice for Drayden. However, his most prominent role was Looker in Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl and Pokémon the Series: Black & White.
