Masakazu Fukuda (Japanese: 福田正和) is an illustrator who was primarily involved with character and graphic design with many game companies in the 1990’s before becoming a freelance illustrator. He has been providing artwork for the Pokémon Trading Card Game since 2003.
Fukuda holds many artists in high regard and has several interests. He is a fan of mecha and admires the work of designer Hajime Katoki.
