Marnie Francis Lynnette Joy (Japanese: サヤカ・フランソワ・ジョーイ Sayaka François Joy) and Paige Francis Lynnelle Joy (Japanese: マイ・フランソワ・ジョーイ Mai François Joy) are two sisters, the daughters of the Nurse Joy in Drifloon on the Wind!.
Marnie appears to be about Ash and Dawn's age, and Paige seems to be around Max's age. They help their mother at home, as well as their father Karsten who works at the Valley Windworks.
They use their Drifloon as an easy way of transportation. For instance, when their father forgot his lunch, Marnie brought it by flying on her Drifloon.
Through the course of the episode, Paige hints at having a very special friend that lives in the forest. When trouble arises, Paige takes Ash to summon that friend to help.

| Marnie's three Drifloon was first seen giving Marnie a ride to the Power Plant after her father forgot his lunch at the Pokémon Center.
Later when Paige got carried away by the strong winds, Marnie sent out her Drifloon, but Ash ended up going to find Paige with the Drifloon. Later when the storm settled and Suicune saved Ash and Paige, the Drifloon returned to Marnie. None of Drifloon's moves are known. | ||

| Drifloon was first seen when Marnie was planning on taking their dad's lunch to him after he forgot it at home, to the Power Plant. Wanting to come too Paige brought out Drifloon but wasn't allowed to go. Instead her mom told her to take some cookies into the forest for the wild Pokémon.
After the power went out, due to Ampharos's use of Thunder while Team Rocket tried to steal it, Paige attempted to go find her father, but due to the heavy winds was carried off into the mountains along with her Drifloon and Pikachu. After they got stuck in the mountains Ash comes to save them, but they end up falling down a cliff and end up being saved by Suicune and Paige. None of Drifloon's moves are known. | ||

| When Paige was told to bring cookies to the forest Pokémon by her mom, she went to go show Ash her friend, Suicune, but Suicune didn't show up.
Later when Paige goes missing Marnie comes to the lake that Paige brought Ash to and asks for Suicune's help to find Paige. Finally, when Marnie realized Suicune wasn't coming and that she would have to save her sister by herself, Suicune appears in front of her. Suicune is then seen again saving Paige and Ash from a dangerous fall, with Marnie riding on top. Later, Team Rocket spot Suicune on a hill, excited to see the legendary Pokémon they start running after it with Poké Balls, only to be blasted away by an Aurora Beam. Its only known move is Aurora Beam. | ||
