Release Information
This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was one of five "Masaki Evolution" campaign cards. In order to obtain it, people had to send off a Machoke from the Vending series along with a special Pass Card to MediaFactory. MediaFactory would then send back the "evolved" form. The English version of the card was available through the Pokémon League in February 2002.
Trivia
