Mach Bike
The Mach Bike is one of two bicycles you can use in Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. It travels faster than the Acro Bike, but can not perform hops. It is the fastest means of travel in the game. Using this speed, one can travel up muddy slopes, as well as ride over cracks in the ground once without falling through.
On Cycling Road, your time and number of collisions from the northern entrance to the southern exit is timed and recorded. This is part of the data sent over to other players when you exchange records.
