This card was made available as both a regular card and Jumbo card in the English Mega Blaziken-EX Premium Collection, officially released on November 4, 2015. In Japan, it was released as one of the XY-P Promotional cards and could be obtained by presenting the voucher present on flyers inserted in Rayquaza Mega Battle Mega Packs, released on April 17, 2015, to attendants present at each Rayquaza Mega Battle venue. The Rayquaza Mega Battle was held at the Nagoya Trade & Industry Center, Nagoya on May 5, 2015; at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on May 9 and 10, 2015; at the Sapporo Factory, Sapporo on May 23 and 24, 2015; and at Intex Osaka, Osaka on May 31, 2015.
